How to Buy A New Wood Floor

  1. Start by measuring your square footage.
    It's easy to do. Just use a tape measure to get the length and width of each room in feet.
  2. Multiply the length by the width and that is your total square feet.
    • Example: 12 x 8 = 48 square feet for your kitchen or living room
  3. Add 5% extra for installation whoopsies and tricky corners.
    • 48 x 1.05 = 50.4 square feet of flooring to order
  4. Then call us with the floor you want and we'll quote the freight and give you a price for it delivered to your door.

    How Long Does it Take to Ship My Wood Flooring?

    Delivery takes 10 - 14 days if the floor you choose is already in stock. If the flooring has to be milled then it will be about 4 weeks. Our mill and warehouse are in Petoskey, Michigan. You are welcome to pick up your flooring to save time or avoid freight costs.
